May Challenges?

Can anyone point me to any May challenge that has started? I love the calendars and haven’t seen any on my dash yet.

Up 4 pounds in two weeks. My eating has been out of control. I’m paying for Weight Watchers, so you’d think I’d at least TRY to stick with it, but I haven’t. I did better at running consistently, but other than that, I ate like there was no end in sight. That’s definitely what I’m working on this week: tracking and watching my snacking/portions. This is getting ridiculous. I just don’t understand why my motivation is waning when I’ve already come so far!
I’m going to get dressed and head to the gym for some cardio. I’m thinking arc trainer and bike for 30-45 minutes a piece. It’ll help me release some stress too.

SO PUMPED FOR THIS! I will be running this if I’m picked (and it’s during a weekend I’m not busy). I can’t afford to make it out to the west coast, so this is ultimately the next best thing!

How I’m Making Myself Better

Went to Trader Joe’s yesterday and Walmart today to pick up fresh fruits and veggies to snack on along with ingredients to make meals from skinnytaste.com

I put serving sizes of wasabi peas, snapea crisps and thai lime & chili cashews in individual sandwich bags with nutritional information on each bag so I can track and I’m hoping that it’ll stop me from binging.

I have been sticking to the plank challenge and the awesome arms challenge for April. I’m also sticking with my running schedule.

I know it’s only Monday, but I feel super inspired and am ready to commit hardcore to changing my lifestyle.

Woo! Down 1.6 from last week! I really thought I had gained though. I was off work for a week and was kind of terrible about eating out of boredom. Today I’m off to grocery shop for myself and pickup some delicious food! The weather is also supposed to be beautiful, so I’m thinking a nice walk is in the works.
